For reasons unknown even to his own Powers, he dares not vote against Lord Entropy on the Council. As Lord Entropy can only be gainsaid in his will on the Council by the other three members voting against him, this has given free reign to the Darkest Lord.

Its inhabitants include living aspects of urban life - cars, televisions, and the like - as well as the Ombudsmen. These individuals, of whom there are thousands, help to ensure the efficient running of the mundane Earth.
